A pre-qualification certificate is a certificate that is issued once we have submitted certain details to several banks and have a provisional acceptance from the banks that they are willing to lend you a certain amount to buy a house. This certificate gives the seller more confidence that you will be able to get a bond. We offer this service for free.

Yes, provided you have a pre-qualification certificate from us which we offer you for free.
Seller Questions
Sellers will be liable for 1% of the buying price as a Brokers fee, payable on transfer and registration. There will also be lawyer fees and possible transfer fees which will be calculated at the time of sale.
All Administration from the Offer to Purchase up to Registration will be executed by Property Economics. If this is your first time selling a house, rest assured that we will help you with every step along the way.
Yes. You will have contact with the buyer once they have been pre-qualified for a bond.
Pre-qualification is beneficial for the seller as applying for a bond takes time and if the buyer is already pre-qualified there is a much better chance they will be granted a bond and not waste your time.
